For decades, women have been under-researched, under-supported and misunderstood. Most of us were never even taught the basics of our hormonal rhythm. I’m here to change that.

Women deserve to have better information about their bodies.

My mission is simple: to give women the knowledge they were never taught, so they can understand their bodies with confidence instead of guessing or doubting themselves.

I want women to feel informed, grounded and self-led, not dependent on protocols, influencers, or the next “hormone hack”. Women deserve clear physiology, practical tools, and support that respects their lived experience.

I believe in a world where women don’t see their bodies as unpredictable, dramatic, or “too much”, but as something deeply intelligent. A place where understanding your biology is an act of self-respect and empowerment.

The Cyclical Embodiment Method

How I work

Observe

We begin by noticing what your body is already telling you: your energy, mood, sleep, cervical mucus, temperature, digestion and stress patterns. This helps us understand what’s happening and what your body is asking for.

Support

Based on what we see, we support your body with practical tools: balanced nutrition, blood-sugar stability, nervous-system regulation and daily habits that strengthen your circadian and menstrual rhythm.

Embody

Finally, we turn knowledge into daily choices. You learn to trust your signals, adjust your pace and live in a way that supports your body. So you feel more confident, steady, energized, and connected to your body.

What I believe in

No nonsense

I’m grounded, honest and allergic to overcomplication. I’ll always be warm and positive, but I won’t sugarcoat what your body needs. Clarity creates safety and I believe women deserve the truth, not trends.

Self knowledge

I don’t want you to depend on me; I want you to understand yourself. I believe every woman can read her own signals once she’s given proper tools and language. My role is to hand you the knowledge that should’ve been yours all along.

Connection

I believe healing and learning happen in spaces where women feel seen, heard and taken seriously. This work is a collaboration rooted in trust and honest connection.

Lasting change

I don’t believe in quick fixes or shortcuts. I believe in looking beneath symptoms, honouring your pace and integrating knowledge in a way that actually sticks. My work is in service of you so you can shine, not me :)
