Digital products, courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable.
Coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has started, as your spot reserves time, preparation, and access to materials.

4.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
For 1:1 sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.
